Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Cao was interested in science and art from a young age, and she also knew she wanted her career to focus on helping people. So, dentistry was a natural fit, as it would allow her to combine all of her interests while focusing on the mission that mattered most.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Cao graduated from the University of Texas at Austin before going on to earn her DDS from the Baylor College of Dentistry. She completes several hours of continuing education each year to stay on top of the latest advancements in the field so her patients always have access to the most effective and up-to-date care.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Cao’s family is spread out over Texas—while she’s here in Carrollton, her parents are living the retirement life in Houston, and her brother and his wife are in Austin. When she isn’t spending quality time with friends or family, playing tennis, or going on a run, you’ll typically find Dr. Cao at home cuddling with her rescue cat.
